Corlette Stewart is a fractional executive strategist, founder, and trusted advisor with more than 20 years of experience partnering with CEOs, founders, and senior leadership teams to clarify direction, drive organizational alignment, and execute with confidence.
As Founder and Principal Strategist of ThinkTank Communications, Corlette has advised executive leadership across healthcare, retail, CPG, financial services, government, and nonprofit sectors — helping organizations navigate periods of growth, transformation, crisis, and change. Her work spans brand strategy, executive communications, organizational repositioning, crisis management, and cross-functional program leadership.
Corlette served as Chief Protocol Officer for The World Games 2022 Birmingham — advising the President of the International Olympic Committee and diplomatic delegations from nearly 100 countries, while leading a 12,000-person organizational readiness program. She has also served as Executive Director of Birmingham Sister Cities, Director of Communications for UAB’s Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Public Information Officer for the largest county government in Alabama.
Earlier in her career, Corlette spent a decade as Senior Group Account Director and New Business Officer at o2ideas — a nationally recognized strategic agency with $230M in annual billings — where she led multimillion-dollar client engagements for brands including Pepsi, Chick-fil-A, Verizon, The Home Depot, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Mars.
She holds an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University and a BS in Marketing from Auburn University.
